Description
This motorcycle was built around the experience of the late J. Saarinen. Killed in an accident while still young, Saarinen would, sadly, never reap the success of which the project was so deserving. The engine, a combination of two 250 cc 2-stroke twin cylinder engines, provided 95 HP at 10,000 RPM. Together with the 6-speed gearbox it could achieve a top speed of over 280 Kph. Single disc rear brake and double disc front. This bike, ridden to championship victory by G. Agostini in 1975, marked the beginning of the decline of MV Agusta, which had previously won numerous world titles.
